Additional Photos from Epstein's Property Released by Democratic US Legislators
Development layouts for Epstein's secluded Caribbean island among the released materials.
Also included in this recent photograph disclosure appears to be a development blueprint for Great St James island, found in the US Virgin Islands.
Jeffrey Epstein purchased a more modest island - the Little St James - originally in 1998, but later purchased the larger Great St James in the year 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence indicate he had drawn up plans to develop the sprawling island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an office beneath the waves and a swimming pool.
Marked on the plan is Pillsbury Sound, a marine passage in the territory, indicated on the south-eastern section.
The site plan is marked up in handwritten red notes and features a legend labelling distinct sections of the property.
Accompanying this are what appear to be an additional nine site drawings and architectural plans, featuring layouts for boat shelters.
More documentation disclosed as part of the current congressional disclosure.
